Information and Control
With NAVIS HMS, the days of calling a housekeeper on the radio to check on the status of a property are gone. You will be able to instantly track when your housekeeper begins the cleaning process, when the process is complete and activate a sophisticated system of notifications and reports - automatically.
Front Desk
Upon entering the property, all your housekeeper needs to do is pick up the phone, dial a special number and enter a code via the keypad. This will automatically alert your front desk, via a web-based screen, that the cleaning process is beginning. Upon completion, the housekeeper enters another code on the telephone keypad and your status screen will instantly update with "clean" for that property.

Inspector
When the housekeeper indicates the property is clean, other notifications can automatically occur as well. Your inspector (this is optional) can be automatically alerted via phone, fax, or pager that the property is ready for inspection.
Guests
You can also automatically notify your guests when the property is ready for occupancy. That way, if a guest arrives early and isn't able to check into the property, you simply enter their cell phone number in NAVIS HMS and they will be instantly notified via cell phone with a pre-recorded message as soon as it's clean. This gives them the freedom to go shopping or get something to eat. Your guest satisfaction will increase and they will be impressed with your communication technology.
Accounting Reports
Your accounting people will love the reporting that NAVIS HMS provides. They will be able to accurately track the time that each housekeeper spends cleaning each property. Plus, your housekeeping manager will have the ability to determine the average time that it takes to clean the 3 bedroom unit vs the 5 bedroom unit. This will make staffing easier and allow for more efficient scheduling.
