Summary

The primary responsibilities of a RezForce Quality Assurance Supervisor are:

• Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and improving all aspects of RezForce Quality Assurance
• Effectively coach/mentor a team of Quality Assurance Specialist(s). This is accomplished by measuring employee performance and delivering tailored coaching on a reoccurring/consistent basis.
• Deliver exemplary customer service to NAVIS clients both written and verbally.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
